Our Story
Timothy (Tim) Stocksdale and David (Dave) Wallace are long-time business partners with a proven track record of founding, scaling, and selling successful companies. After meeting at W.R. Grace, they co-founded Greenleaf Associates, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm that facilitated nearly 50 major transactions.
Together, they went on to found, build and successfully exit companies such as Access Diabetic Supply and Comfort Medical, creating significant value in the healthcare and medical device sectors.
Today, Tim and Dave lead Greenleaf Ventures, which oversees innovative businesses like AptivaRx, a specialty online pharmacy, and Aptiva Medical, a Medicare-accredited supplier of continuous glucose monitoring solutions.
